PARTIES: This agreement is between Matchmaker.com (henceforth referred to as “MM.Com”) and its subscribers (referred to as “Singles”) and potential clients (referred to as “Matchmakers” and “Dating Coaches”).

COMPANY INFORMATION: Matchmaker.com is a website owned and operated by the Global Love Database (referred to as “GLD”). All Matchmakers and Dating Coaches using MM.Com are registered to an account on Global Love Database and therefore, are required to abide by the terms and conditions of “GLD” (https://www.globallovedatabase.com).

  1. USAGE: MM.Com is a third-party website that connects singles – who are interested in meeting other singles with the intention to date, to Matchmakers and Dating Coaches with legitimate operated businesses. The purpose of MM.Com is to provide singles with a reliable option for looking for the best Matchmaking service that is suitable for them.

    All Matchmakers and Dating Coaches that MM.Com recommends singles to are screened on our Customer Service Relationship Management (CRM) platform: Global Love Database “GLD”.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: All singles using MM.Com are required to be:

    1. Of the legal age of 18 years old, or older;

    2. Have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms and conditions to abide by all of the terms;

  3. PRIVACY & TCPA CONSENT: By submitting their personal details, contact information, location, dating preferences and service budget on MM.Com’s contact form(s), Singles by default have acknowledged and agreed that they have opt in to receive MM.Com’s marketing communications and website updates via email, SMS messages (text messages) WhatsApp messaging and telephone calls for verification purposes.

    3.1 We value the Singles’ privacy and will only refer Matchmakers and Dating Coaches that have been screened and proven to be operating a legitimate business in the United States as well as globally.

    3.2 Singles consent that Matchmakers and Dating Coaches who match their requirements can obtain the Single’s contact information from MM.Com.

    3.3 Singles agree that our referrals of Matchmakers and Dating Coaches may contact them in any way, including SMS messages (text messages), WhatsApp messaging, and telephone calls to verify information or ask questions pertaining to the initial form that they filled up on MM.Com displaying their dating preferences, personal questions related to past relationships, occupation as well as marital status.

    3.4 MM.Com rules and regulations will adhere to the TCPA Compliance guidelines.

  4. TERMINATION OR REMOVAL OF DATA: Singles may at any time cease the use of our website, and request to be removed from our database by contacting us (via [email protected]) to let us know. Singles may at any time unsubscribe from MM.Com’s marketing communications emails.

  5. DISCLAIMER, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will MM.Com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party providers such as Matchmakers and Dating Coaches be liable to the Singles or any third party for any loss whatsoever caused by the Singles’ use of MM.Com.
